Starr Kirkland (Dot) is an actor/poet.She’s lucky to perform in many plays/readings, and perform her original spoken word in CA/DC/NY.She works with Realize Your Beauty, which promotes positive body image through theatre arts, and performs an original one woman show promoting literacy at The Morgan Library and Museum as Belle da Costa Greene. Amanda Marikar (Patsy) is thrilled to be romping around this far-out garden! Betsy Rosen* (Madeleine) most recently appeared in another garden play as Gremio in Tale Told’s Shrew. Other New York credits include The Samuel French OOB Festival, St. Ann’s Labapalooza, and workshop productions at TBG Theatre, the Lark, and New Victory LabWorks. Prior to moving to NYC, Betsy spent a season at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. Other regional acting credits include Imagination Stage (Helen Hayes Award), Folger Theatre, The Studio Theatre, Round House Theatre, Woolly Mammoth, Taffety Punk, and Forum Theatre. Betsy has been a puppeteer since the age of 8 and is currently developing the new puppet play, Laser Beak Man, with Dead Puppet Society.
Marissa Wolf (Joanne) is having a wonderful time working on this piece in the Green Oasis Garden! She is an adjunct professor at Nassau Community College, a member of the New York Madness Acting Company, and a diligent Facebook status updater. Favorite credits include Grounded (The Pilot), Wait Until Dark (Suzy), The Crucible (Elizabeth). Marissa has an MFA from Ohio University and a BFA from NYU/Tisch.
